Pretty Excited

So I've been reading on a lot of blogs about people repurposing things they got for free or almost free. So...I was inspired. I went searching on the classifieds. First thing I found was someone giving away baby wipe cases that came in the large boxes of wipes that you buy in bulk. I got about 8 travel size and maybe 4 full size! I decorate these with vinyl hoping to get orders! Here's the first one I did for my daughter.

My next goal is to find some patio furniture for our front porch and back porch!!

Teething

So I think my baby girl is teething. She's been sleeping quite a bit and very fussy. My in-laws are in town and as much as I love them, it is very difficult because they do not speak english.  On top of that when we went home, my husband used all of his leave so he may only be able to get off a couple days, if that, this week while they are here. It's a very fine line with them where I feel like they are being nosy and changing the way I do things in my own home and them just trying to help out and make things easier. On another note, I started a Cinderella tutu dress. Just have the tutu done so far.

Then my friend finished Sleeping Beauty

I also made a Halloween tutu for my daughter. I plan on pairing it with a black onesie and putting a pumpkin on it.

We also plan on making some sport team tutus!

Been Busy

So I've been very busy crafting and getting the house clean for bunko game and my in-laws to come into town. You have GOT to see the cutest tutu my friend and I made today!

It is a Princess Belle tutu dress! ADORABLE!! If I do say so myself!

We are planning on opening an etsy shop so stay tuned!

I've decided my bunko theme is going to be an Ice Cream Parlor theme. Just about got everything together for it. Just really have to get 2 more prizes and the food!

Such a dork!

So I feel like a complete dork because I thought this week was the week we were doing bunko at my house and that my in laws were coming into town...not the case, it's next week. I have so many things going on, I don't even know when they are happening. I wanted to share another project I've done recently.

This is a custom clock I made for me bedroom, it matches my comforter...

And also matches the awesome frame we found at hobby lobby on our CRAZY weekend when we decorated my house, that's a great story for another time, but here's the frame.

Busy day today, so not much to write about at the moment, probably will have some sort of adventure to write about tomorrow about today. :)

Our first conversation!

First let me say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my little girl Madelyn, she is 3 months old today!

Last night she went to sleep around 7:30 and then woke up again to eat at 12. We fed her and she fell asleep, when we went to lay her down she woke up and had the most exciting things to say. It was adorable! Other than the fact that daddy and I wanted to go to sleep! Daddy asked her to tell him tomorrow when he got off work, but it just couldn't wait. As she cooed and ahhed and laughed I just couldn't help but laugh, it was too amazing and too cute!

Getting Started!!

This is my first post. I am going to try this out and see how interesting my life really is. This week I won't have much time for crafting because my in-laws are coming up to visit us! Not only do I have to prepare for that but I have to take my poor puppy to the vet and see if I can get her feeling better. She has this weird saliva pouch that is gotten bigger, so we are going to have to get it drained or removed.
Hopefully will be able to post her before and after pics if they can do something about it! So pray that it all works out with as small of a bill as possible!
I also am hosting this months military spouse Bunko game! That's Friday night, we play once a month, it's a great way to get together and talk about life and what's going on. Have a few drinks and get away from the hubbies for a bit! Friday I also will be taking my daughter Madelyn to get her first shots. Going to be so sad to see her in pain! Broke my heart when she had to do the pku tests, this is going to be worse because I don't think my husband will be able to get off work this time! :( Be sure to go visit my facebook and tell me your thoughts!
